By downloading or using the Car Check: MOT & Tax tracker app ("the app" or "the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Service.

Car Check: MOT & Tax tracker provides vehicle information using data from various sources, including Experian. The Service is for informational purposes only.

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate information when using the Service.
2. Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
3. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
4. Not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software.

We strive to provide accurate information, sourced from Experian and other reliable databases. Experian offers a 10,000 GBP data guarantee for certain information provided through their service. This guarantee is provided by Experian, not by Car Check: MOT & Tax tracker or Samet Macit. The terms, conditions, and claim process for this guarantee are set by Experian. Users should refer to Experian's official guarantee terms for full details on coverage, eligibility, and claim procedures. We do not make any additional guarantees regarding data accuracy beyond what is explicitly provided by our data sources.

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Samet Macit cannot accept responsibility for:

1. The app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
2. Charges incurred by your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming charges.
3. Your device running out of battery.
4. Any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app.

The functionality and design of the Car Check: MOT & Tax tracker app are the property of Samet Macit, unless otherwise stated. The data and information provided through the Service are owned by their respective data providers, including but not limited to Experian and other third-party sources. All rights are reserved.

Users are not permitted to:

1. Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent from Samet Macit and the relevant data providers.
2. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Car Check: MOT & Tax tracker app.
3. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
4. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

Any use of the Service not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We only store your email address and vehicle data. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions, including AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. You agree to always accept updates to the application when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could make your device vulnerable to security risks and may cause the app to malfunction.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. This can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.

Upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
